End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and a valid license from the Atlassian Marketplace, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the App on your Atlassian Jira Cloud instance
• Use the App for internal business purposes within the scope of your Marketplace subscription
• Access AI-powered features subject to the usage limits of your plan

This license is granted per-site as defined by the Atlassian Marketplace licensing model. The number of authorized users is determined by your active Marketplace subscription tier.

The App, including its code, architecture, design, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the sole property of SuperTemplates. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

Content you create through the App (templates, task descriptions, configurations) remains your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your content or AI-generated output that you create in your Jira instance.

The App uses third-party AI models to generate task suggestions, descriptions, estimates, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness
• AI models may produce inaccurate, biased, misleading, incomplete, or inappropriate output
• AI-generated estimates (story points, time, effort) are approximations and must be validated by your team
• You must review every AI-generated task before approving it for creation in Jira
• SuperTemplates is not responsible for any consequences arising from AI-generated content, including but not limited to incorrect task descriptions, inappropriate content, inaccurate estimates, or missing requirements
• The human-in-the-loop review step exists specifically so you can catch and correct AI errors before they enter your workflow

The App integrates with third-party services including Atlassian Jira Cloud, Atlassian Forge, and various AI providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

• Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service
• Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use

BYOK users are additionally bound by the terms of their chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). SuperTemplates is not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of any third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SuperTemplates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• AI-generated content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content, including AI provider outages
• Any other matter relating to the App

Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from this EULA shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the App in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free or evaluation licenses, our total liability is zero.

This EULA is effective from the date you install the App and continues until terminated. This EULA terminates automatically when:

• You uninstall the App
• Your Atlassian Marketplace license expires and is not renewed
• We terminate this EULA for breach

Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

Entire Agreement. This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the App.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

Assignment. You may not assign this EULA. We may assign our rights without restriction.

Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
