JSM projects work when all required fields are standard Jira fields. However, fields configured through request types (Approvers, Affected hardware, etc.) cannot be set via the bulk Jira API due to platform limitations. We recommend checking with your Jira admin to ensure request type fields are either optional or have default values.

Jira Software and Jira Business (team-managed and company-managed) projects are fully supported. All issue types, custom fields, and hierarchy levels work out of the box.

No. AI generation runs on Atlassian's Forge platform, and our app sends no data to any third-party AI provider. The free-text you type into prompts (task descriptions, meeting notes) is submitted to Atlassian's Forge AI as written — so avoid including sensitive personal data.
